We ordered two of these for use as worktops to be permanently screwed to a workbench. One is absolutely perfect. The other was slightly - ever so slightly - warped. This wouldn't have mattered at all but for the fact that we wanted to attached the two end to end. However, with a slight change to our plan, we were able to use them both. They arrived in cardboard boxes . . . no foam or any other type of packing. Just wrapped in a paper thin sheet of (not sure what it is called) the stuff that is a cross between paper and sponge. In any event, one was perfectly fine. However, the other had a chip in the corner. All minor issues as far as I am concerned, certainly nothing bad enough that I would send either one back. Both are very heavyweight and should be excellent work bench tops.
