Review : Need More Garbage for the Gladiator 20120606
20120625 - the tool needed is a #25 Torx. I tried to find the Craftsman Torx tool on amazon dot com but I could not locate one with a reasonable price. Tried sears dot com and kmart dot com without much luck (there is a horrid story about this experience) so I went back to brick-and-mortar(sp?) and and was able to find a Craftsman Torx set for $9.99+tax in a Kmart. BTW, it remains a big problem for us to generate adequate trash to completely fill a bag of compacted trash - the bags are getting heavier though; so, we must be doing a better job. Whirlpool has yet to send the promised user/owner's manual that was included in the price. I am beginning to think they feel it is my corporate duty to THEM to download and print the manual at an additional cost to me even though I have already paid for it.
