Review : Great product but terrible packaging from the manufacturer.
I purchased this pink 5 drawer rolling cabinet along with a matching pink 3 drawer tool chest for my wife's birthday. The rolling cabinet itself as physically OK, but the packaging from the manufacturer was totally inadequate. The bottom of the box was falling apart when the box was being taken off the UPS truck. The keys for the cabinet were missing along with 16 bolts and washers to connect the casters to the bottom of the cabinet and two screws were missing making it impossible to secure one handle to the chest. We returned the cabinet to Amazon because of the missing keys, bolts, washers and screws. Amazon quickly agreed to replace the item for my wife and arranged to have UPS pick up the cabinet we were returning the next day. Very good customer service from Amazon, but the packaging from the manufacturer is totally inadequate. In my opinion Amazon should have packaged the cabinet in a much better insulated box to make sure we received all of the items necessary to put the...
