I purchased this item in good conscience that I would be receiving a new product that was undamaged when it left the warehouse. That is not what I received, what I received was a tool chest that was delivered to someone else damaged, they partially put it together, put holes in the instruction sheet, opened the plastic containing the rollers and sent it back. If an item was sent back due to the damage WHY would it be sent to another customer[...] I am very disappointed in this purchase[...]
